Policies
Please leave your valuables at home on the day of your services. Serenity-Rx Skin Care will not assume the liability for valuables.

Please advise us of any health issues, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancies, or any other conditions that may prohibit a particular treatment.

To help us maintain our peaceful atmosphere, please silence your cell phones and pagers; so that we can respect others that are being serviced.

Age requirement
The Spa is an adult oriented atmosphere. Any services rendered to minors ages 12-16 must be accompanied by their parent at all times to receive body services. Please do not bring younger children into the Spa when you come to receive Spa services, for they cannot be left unattended.

Appointment & Cancellation Policies
Please note: appointment and cancellation policies may vary by service. We will discuss the policy specific to your service when your appointment is scheduled.

Spa Services: We understand that circumstances beyond your control may cause you to reschedule your appointment. Don’t worry, there is no charge for cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. If you are late we may need to shorten your services, due to the next scheduled client’s appointment after you. To maximize your Spa service, please check-in 15 to 20 minutes early, to fill out necessary paperwork before your Spa service.

No Shows will be charged the full treatment fees.

Spa Parties: A 50% deposit is required at the time event is booked (Non- refundable after 30 days.) Any events booked less than 30 days in advance are payable in full at the time scheduled.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available upon request for any services.

Complimentary Consultations:
Please call in advance of your initial treatment to schedule a complimentary consultation. A Serenity-Rx expert will conduct a comprehensive analysis of your skin. A customized treatment protocol recommended for your personal needs to help you achieve a healthier, more radiant appearance.

Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards with the exceptions of American Express. All payments are due at the time of rendered services.

All Laser Treatments require a 50% deposit once appointment is scheduled.

Hours of Operation

Monday – Wednesday:   10:00am – 6:00pm

Thursday – Friday:   10:00am – 7:00pm

Saturday:   9:00am – 5:00pm

Sunday:   Closed

Hours for private parties may vary

Private Parties:
With the exception of couple’s events, 4 person minimum required for group parties. Private parties/events must choose a minimum of 2 services. Set up fee included and prices vary based on services chosen and required set-up.
